We do our best to keep shipping cost to a reasonable minimum while still trying to remain sane, given the variety of choices nowadays. However, if you find a shipping amount more than you expected, please let us know. If you want the order, go ahead and purchase it, and we can negotiate a partial refund at a later time. Your business is important to us, and we don't want our shipping policies to take precidence over our customer service. Due to the extra price for sending really heavy or bulky objects (large stands, heavy floor lamps etc.), we may need to charge than you expect. In these rare cases, we will contact you first.
NeasesNeedlework.com offers shipping by three methods, the choice is yours as part of the first step in the checkout process.:
- Customer Pickup at Sheepish Designs or at a favorite local coffee shop
- Table rate based on the order total shown below. We use the best way that this affords, usually USPS.
- UPS. This is weight based.
All table rate shipments will be made via the best way the rate can afford, unless other arrangements were made in advance. If you have a preferred shipper, just let us know in the comments you can write as you check out.

We will not be offering any refunds on downloadable products. Due to the nature of these, we are not guaranteed return of the product. We will naturally support all of our products fully and if you have any problems, we will do our best to remedy them, such as allowing you to re-download, or allowing us to send you the downloadable item via email. We cannot send downloadable products to you via regular mail or shipping, because, well, then it wouldn't be a downloadable product anymore, now would it? We apologize for any inconvenience this may present to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us! If your merchandise is damaged during shipping you can return it to us for an exchange of a duplicate of that same item or another item from our extensive inventory, less shipping costs. You may also receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate added to your account at your request. If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately, as all damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods. We will then give you instructions in order to rectify the problem as soon as may be.
NeasesNeedlework.com will replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error at your request. No material will be accepted nor replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of NeasesNeedlework.com.
NeasesNeedlework.com will accept regular return of merchandise ONLY IF DEEMED BY NEASESNEEDLEWORK.COM TO BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 3 days of receipt. We will issue credit back to your payment method provider upon arrival of returned merchandise. Alternately you may request that we issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate added to your account. Finally, due to copyright concerns, Nease's Needlework and Neasesneedlework.com do not accept any returns on counted cross stitch patterns.
